So let’s start now with 2 cups warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 pack of instant dry yeast, 3 cup maida (plain flour), ½ tbsp salt, 2 tbsp plane butter, 2 tbsp oil, aluminium tray.

Ingredients
- 2 cup warm milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 3 cup maida (plain flour)
- ½ tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter (plain)
- milk for brushing

Instructions
- firstly take one large bowl for mixing add 1 cup warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 pack of instant dry yeast and mix well rest to 10 minutes until the instant dry yeast activates
- After 10 minutes you can add 3 cups of maida (plain flour).
- Add ½ tbsp salt mix well. Mix the flour and the yeast well.
- Add 1 cup of warm milk. and continue to knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp butter and knead to the dough and continue for 5 to 10 minutes.
- the dough will soften and 2 tbsp oil. continue to mix well.
- cover the dough with a cloth and rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
- The dough is ready.
- Grease the aluminium tray with oil.
- make a ball size like this. cover and rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Then after greasing the roll with milk.
- Preheat 180° for 25 minutes.
- Pav will be looking like brown. Then after bake the Pav greasing the Pav with butter.
- Ready to homemade Pav. Enjoy Pav with Wada.
