  • ½ tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • cooking oil

  • Fresh Potatoes are to be used to make Potato Chips. The first thing to do is to take a potato and remove the peels.
  • Now after the potato is peeled, it has to be sliced into thin slices with the help of a slicer.
  • Take a pan and add cooking oil to it.
  • Keep the gas on medium flame. Now we will fry it.
  • Colour changes will be seen in potato slices.
  • When the potato slices turn brown, take them out in a bowl.
  • salt to taste.
  • ½ tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • Ready to eat any time snakes crispy potato chips.
