Instructions
Fresh Potatoes are to be used to make Potato Chips. The first thing to do is to take a potato and remove the peels.
Now after the potato is peeled, it has to be sliced into thin slices with the help of a slicer.
Take a pan and add cooking oil to it.
Keep the gas on medium flame. Now we will fry it.
Colour changes will be seen in potato slices.
When the potato slices turn brown, take them out in a bowl.
salt to taste.
½ tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.
Ready to eat any time snakes crispy potato chips.
