Firstly, take 5 large potatoes and remove the peels.
Cut into long slices. As given in the photo.
put into cold water (15 minutes).
Take a pan, add water to it, pour the potato slick and boil it. When the bubbles start coming up, turn off the gas.
Take it out in a bowl(don't cook too much) and after 5 minutes, keep it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Fry it in low flame (5 minutes don't fry too much). Put into another bowl.
when hot the oil again fry it. keep the medium flame and fry it. Put into other bowls.
add ½ tbsp salt.
add ½ tbsp red chilli powder. Ready to eat.
