Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2 carrots
  • 2 cup 5 potatoes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup 4 chopped onion
  • 1 cup 2 chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp 6-7 chopped green chilli
  • ½ tbsp ginger paste
  • ½ tbsp 5-6 curry leaves
  • ½ tbsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp cumin/jeera, coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp Haldi, red chilli powder
  • ½ tbsp red color chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp garam masala, green coriander
  • pinch of asafoetida/hing, salt to taste
  • butter,oil

Instructions
 

  • To make pav bhaji, first, you have to take some vegetables, carrots, potatoes and peas.
  • Put everything in the cooker add water and take 4 whistles of the cooker.
  • Take a pan, put 5 tbsp oil in it, keep the gas on medium flame. put a pinch of asafoetida/hing, ½ tbsp cumin/jeera, ½ tbsp mustard seeds, 5-6 curry leaves, 6-7 chopped green chilli, ½ tbsp ginger, add 1 cup chopped onion mix well for 2 minutes. Then add 1 cup chopped capsicum to it Mix it well and cook it.
  • Add 1cup chopped tomatoes,½ tbsp Haldi, ½ tbsp coriander powder, ½ tbsp red chilli powder, ½ tbsp red colour chilli powder, salt to taste mix well.
  • Add 1 tbsp lemon juice,add coriander, add 2 tbsp garam masala.
  • Add butter and mix it well and cook it for 2 mins.
  • Now to ready to cooked vegetables. mix well.
  • keep a gas medium flame add cooked vegetables into the pan, add water and mix it, cook well after some time you can see the bubbles have come out switch off the flame.
  • To make the pav tastier, we will take a pan, put butter in it, add some coriander and add some bhaji, mix well.
  • Cut the pav in the middle and put it in the pan.
  • serve it up with chopped onion and lemon.
