besan / gram flour

tbsp
rice flour

baking soda

tbsp
salt

tbsp
kashmiri red chilli power / Lal mirch powder

turmeric / haldi
pinch of asafoetida / hing
water as required
oil for deep frying
Instructions
Take a bowl and add 1 cup besan flour add 2 tbsp rice flour.
then add ¼ tbsp baking soda in it, add 1/2 tbsp salt, then add pinch of hing , 1/¼bsp turmeric and then ½ tbsp red chilli powder.
Then pour water according to the need, there should not be any bales, remember the solution should not be too thick or thin as shown in the photo.
Then pour the solution directly into the hot oil and fry until it becomes brown and crispy.
finally ready to eat kara boondi (serve it)
after cool then its keep kara boondi to airtight container.
