Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup besan / gram flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • ¼ tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp kashmiri red chilli power / Lal mirch powder
  • ¼ tbsp turmeric / haldi
  • pinch of asafoetida / hing
  • water as required
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  •  Take a bowl and add 1 cup besan flour add 2 tbsp rice flour.
  •  then add ¼ tbsp baking soda in it, add 1/2 tbsp salt, then add pinch of hing , 1/¼bsp turmeric  and then ½ tbsp red chilli powder.
  •  Then pour water according to the need, there should not be any bales, remember the solution should not be too thick or thin as shown in the photo.
  • Then pour the solution directly into the hot oil and fry until it becomes brown and crispy.
  • finally ready to eat kara boondi (serve it)
  •  after cool then its keep kara boondi  to airtight container.
