firstly take a large bowl and add 2 cups of paneer (250g) to it.
add ½ a cup of chopped onion to it.
add 2 tbsp of garlic paste.
add 1½ tbsp of green chili paste.
add ½ ginger paste.
add 1 tbsp Kasuri methi.
add ½ tbsp ajma (carom seed).
add 1 tbsp red chili powder.
add 1 tbsp salt, coriander.
mix very well, and keep inside.
take another bowl and add 1 cup wheat flour.
take wheat flour and add some water to make a dough.
keep for 15 mins. So that the dough becomes soft.
roll out the chapati and then put mixture.
then again make a thick paratha with help of a roller.
turn on the gas, keep the pan, as soon as the pan is hot, put some oil in it so that the paratha does not stick, and put the paratha and cook well on both sides spred oil or ghee.
paratha is ready, serve it with chutney and curd.
