Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sprouts moong
  • ½ cup chopped spring onion
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum, corn
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber and tomato.
  • ½ tbsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
  • ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • ½ tbsp lemon,
  • green coriander
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Keep the moong in water for 4-5 hours, after that all the water has to be removed, and level it overnight. next day morning you can see the moong will start to sprout. First, take a large bowl and add 1 cup of sprouts moong, ½ tbsp cumin powder (jeera powder),½ tbsp red chili powder, and salt to taste.
