take a big bowl and put 1 cup of rice in it.
add ½ tbsp Fenugreek seeds.
Put water in it and leave it for 5 hours.
Now after 5 hours all the water has to be removed from it and put in the mixer.
add ½ cup thin Poha
add ½ cup grated Coconut, grind in a mixer paste is ready.
take a new bowl and add ½ small cup warm water and add 2 tbsp sugar.
add ½ tbsp dry yeast. leave for 5 mins.
dry yeast is activated. add paste.
mix well. leave for 5 hours and keep in a warm place.
now the batter is ready to make appam add ½ tbsp salt.
The gas has to be turned on, now take a pan, keep the gas slow, and the batter has to be put in the pan. After pouring the batter, the pan has to be given a shape by rotating it in a circular motion. cover the pan for 2 mins keeps the gas medium flame.
Then you have to check, you will see that the batter will automatically separate strictly.
