Ingredients
- 1 pack jelly crystals

- 4 cup milk
- 8 tbsp rose sorbet
- 2 scoop vanilla ice cream

- tutti frutti
- water
Instructions
- make jelly:firstly take a bowl and, add jelly crystals. jelly crystals are easily available in the market four types of flavour available I am using strawberry it is up to you what you want the flavour. mix the content of this pack and put it in the bowl mix it. take a separate bowl to add 3 cups of water to the bowl boil it. Pour boil water into the bowl having the mixture. stir until completely dissolved. Jelly will be set at room temperature in 45 mins.the jelly set. then put the refrigerator.
- make sabja seeds:take the 2 tbsp of sabja seeds add to water and live to 5 mins.
- make falooda sev:put 3 cups of water put 2 tbsp sugar add ½ cup off falooda sev and mix well. Boil for 10 mins.drain it.
- make rose milk: put four cups of milk, add 2 tbsp sugar.add 2 tbsp rose sorbet.mix well. and bold it for 10 mins.After 10 mins put it in the refrigerator for chilled.
- now time to serve falooda:Now everything is ready, now take a glass and make a layer of all the ingredients and make mango falooda. put jelly,½ falooda sev, ½ rose sorbet,½ subja seeds, milk, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream,(you can use any flavour of ice cream), mix dry fruit,½ subja seeds, ½ chopped mangoes, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream,½ rose sorbet, mix dry fruit, tutti frutti.
