Ingredients
- 3 cups white rice
- 1 cup urad daal
- ½ tbsp fenugreek seeds (methi)
- 1 cup thin poha
- salt to taste
- water for soaking
- butter
- oil
Instructions
- firstly take a large bowl and add 3 cups of rice(you can use regular rice also).
- Add ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi). Add water and soak for 5 hours.
- Take another bowl. Add 1 cup urad daal. Add water and soak for 5 hours.
- After 5 hours. Drain all the water and add soaked ingredients to the jar and grind it. As required you can add ⅔ water.
- Add 1 cup of thin poha and blend it then transfer to another bowl. (you can see it in the video).
- Grind it to soaked urad daal also in a jar. it's the same process is as required ⅔ water you can add then transfer to a large bowl.
- mix well. You will see that the rice batter is soft and ready. Now cover the bowl and keep the batter in a warm place for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours you will see that the batter is granular and ready to make dosa. Add salt to taste.
- Take a Non-stick pan (Or iron Tawa) switch on the flame when Tawa is hot and sprinkle water on it, now clean it with a napkin or a tissue. Now spread the batter around and round, spread the butter now. And next dosa also makes like this.
- Now the dosa is ready to eat, serve it.
