Today we will make how to make paneer bhurji. 2 cups of grated paneer, cashew nuts, salt, ½ Haldi, ½ red chili powder, ½ red chili powder, 1 cup onion, green chili,1 tbsp garlic, asafoetida (hing),½ tbsp cumin seeds(jeera),½ tbsp mustard seeds(rai),3 tbsp of cooking oil, coriander,2 cups milk.

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated paneer
- 1 cup chopped onion (4 onion medium)
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilli (4-5)
- 1 tbsp garlic (5-6)
- ½ tbsp cumin seeds (jeera),curry leaves.
- ½ tbsp mustard seeds (rai)
- ¼ tbsp Haldi
- ½ tbsp red chilli powder
- ½ tbsp red chilli powder (for color)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- puch of asafoetida (hing)
- coriander, cashew nuts (kaju)
Instructions
- firstly take a pan and add 3 tbsp of cooking oil and switch on the gas.
- add puch of asafoetida (hing),curry leaves,,½ tbsp cumin seeds(jeera),½ tbsp mustard seeds (rai).
- add 1 tbsp garlic (5-6) and mix well.
- add 2 tbsp chopped green chilli (4-5).
- add 1 cup chopped onion.(4 onion medium).
- add ¼ Haldi, ½ red chilli powder, ½ red chilli powder (for color).
- salt to test.
- add 2 cups grated paneer (250g). add 2 cups milk and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
- add green coriander.cashew nuts (kaju).
- Now Paneer Bhurji has been made, now we will add green coriander to give it the final touch.
- and give the royal tadka of cashew nuts. Serve it with tandoori roti

2.add a pinch of asafoetida (hing), curry leaves ,½ tbsp cumin seeds(jeera),½ tbsp mustard seeds (rai).
3.add 1 tbsp garlic (5-6) and mix well.

5.add 1 cup chopped onion (4 onion medium),1 cup tomato (2 medium size).
6.add ¼ tbsp Haldi, ½ tbsp red chili powder, ½ tbsp red chili powder (for color).
7. salt to taste.
8.add 2 cups grated paneer (250g). keep gas medium flame, add 2 cups milk and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
9.add green coriander. cashew nuts (kaju).
10.Now Paneer Bhurji has been made, now we will add green coriander to give it the final touch.
11.and give the royal tadka of cashew nuts. Serve it with tandoori roti
