Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white rice
  • 1 cup Urad daal
  • ½ tbsp fenugreek seeds (methi)
  • cup thin Poha
  • salt to taste
  • water for soaking
  • butter
  • oil

potato ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ tbsp cumin (jeera)
  • ½ tbsp mustard (rai)
  • ¼ tbsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
  • 1 whole red chilli (Saboot Lal Mirch)
  • ½ tbsp musk fenugreek (Kasuri methi)
  • ½ tbsp green chilli
  • ½ tbsp turmeric (haldi)
  • 5-7 curry leaves (kadi Patta)
  • pinch of Hing
  • 2-3 onion
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 boiled potato
  • 1 lemon
  • coriander

Instructions
 

  • Take a large bowl and add 3 cups of rice (regular rice). add ½ tbsp fenugreek seeds (methi). add water and soak for 5 hours.
  • Take another bowl. add 1 cup urad daal, 2 tbsp toor daal, 2 tbsp chana daal, add water and soak for 5 hours.
  • After 5 hours. Drain all the water and add soaked ingredients to the jar, add 1 cup of thin Poha and blend it. As required you can add ⅔ water, then transfer to another bowl.
  • Soaked urad daal,toor daal, chana daal, in a jar blend it, As required you can add ⅔ water, then transfer to another bowl.
  • Transfer to a large bowl, mix well. You will see that the rice batter is soft. Now cover the bowl and keep the batter in a warm place for 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours you will see that the batter is granular and ready to make dosa batter. Add salt to taste.

  • Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil.
  • Add ½ tbsp cumin( jeera ), add ½ tbsp mustard (rai), add a pinch of Hing, add 1/4 Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) add 1 whole red chilli (Saboot Lal Mirch), add 5-7 curry leaves(Kadi Patta), add ½ tbsp musk fenugreek(Kasuri methi) then mix well.
  • Add onion (2-3), add ½ tbsp green chillii lightly brown, you can add ½ tbsp turmeric, salt to taste, add boiled potato(4-5), add lemon (1)and mix well.
  • Add coriander and completely mix well and after 2 mintunes switch off the flame.
